As you can tell, our blog is devoted to our ideas behind our company Savvy Tools and the environment. I want to share a website I came across this weekend…. http://www.greendimes.com/ For $20 you can stop all that annoying junk mail and save trees. Also, for that $20 they will plant 10 trees! My husband and I immediately signed up and up-ed the ante for the $36 dollars also got 10 trees planted, no more junk mail, two free light bulbs, a reusable bag, a t-shirt and a book! Did I mention no more junk mail? To us it was an easy choice and we are thinking about including this service for Christmas gifts next year. Maybe we can inspire our family to think beyond the socks and undies next year…giving the gift of green. It may seem insignificant in the scheme of things, but every bit helps and remember to recycle all of those “extras” in the mailbox in the mean time!
